We ship across the European Union only. Every parcel goes out in a plain matte cardboard box with a neutral sender — no logos, no product names, nothing on the label that hints at what's inside.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the European Union (all 27 member states). We don't ship outside the EU.
Shipping rates
- Standard EU shipping — flat rate, free on orders over €100. Delivery in 5–8 business days.
- Express options — available at checkout where supported.
Processing & transit
Orders placed on weekdays are typically dispatched within a few working days. Transit time depends on your country and the carrier — exact estimates and tracking details are shown at checkout. We can't guarantee a fixed delivery window: carriers occasionally face delays we don't control.
Discreet packaging
Plain matte cardboard. No brand markings on the outside. The shipping label uses a discreet sender name, never the product or category. Inside, items are wrapped so nothing is visible if the box is opened in front of someone else.
Discreet billing
Charges appear on your bank or card statement under a neutral merchant descriptor — never the brand, product, or category name.
Tracking & missing parcels
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If your parcel looks stuck or hasn't arrived in the expected window, email us and we'll chase the carrier and sort it out.
