The sender is a neutral, non-descriptive company name — never 'nevertoldanyone', never 'adult', never a product or category name. The label lists your address and a plain sender only.
What will show up on my bank statement?
Charges appear under a neutral merchant descriptor. Your statement will not show the brand name, product name, or any adult/intimate keyword. If a partner ever glances at your statement, there is nothing to explain.
Is the invoice inside the box discreet too?
Yes. Any paperwork inside the box uses the same neutral naming — no explicit product descriptions, no category labels. Items themselves are wrapped so nothing is visible if the box is opened in front of someone else.

We ship across the European Union (all 27 member states). Delivery typically takes 5–8 business days. Free shipping on orders over €100.

What if someone else signs for the package?
